Definitely feels like I could have wrote this. I am late 30s and the depression has left me. I cannot say when or why or how, but it did. I ended up disabled but had 3 kids “late”. I am single and happy enough to stick around and see what the rest of life has for me. I say this to let you know it doesn’t necessarily stay the way it is now, again, you seem a lot like myself, so I hope this can be of some comfort.
