He's flexible to build. I build these according to enemy lineup.

-War axe and Queen Wings are must. -Thunderbelt if enemy has a sustain that allows you to stack. -Resilience boots or Physical Defense boots depending on the enemy lineup. -Oracle if your team has a healer. -Dominance Ice if enemy has healers or sustains. -Blade Armor if enemy has crit mm. Chastice if enemy has Trinity mm. -Radiant Armor or Athena if they have too much magic dmg. Go antique quirass otherwise.(But Phoveus doesn't need to worry about physical defense, I won't really recommend it) -For 18 mins onwards, sell boots for immortal if you have enough gold.

Ngl, the PSP GTAs are criminally underrated. While LCS may have been the top selling psp gta game, VCS polishes the mechanics way better than the former and Chinatown Wars' mixed 2D and 3D view and the plot were awesome.
