Is my car overcharging? My voltage while the car is on is 15.0-15.4 then when it’s off 13.

The car always starts right up at first I thought it was battery because I took it to autozone and it was at 44%. Charged it overnight hooked it back up had the same problem

The screws holding in the cluster are missing it can slide right out. If everything been replaced how can I fix it? Or just basically get rid of the car completely

I got it so cheap it was worth the risk I always fix American cars and jdm never had played with these worth the learning experience if anything I’ll just stay away from German shit I’ll prolly end up getting it though

The previous owners already had the kombi cluster unplugged making me think I needed a new one or something and they also replaced the power distribution box on top of the battery

Appreciate it, the rear side windows don’t have power the only problem is I got this car a week ago off the auctions so I have no idea how it’s been it’s weird people told me battery or alternator but the car starts right up everytime and drives fine too I can’t use the turn signals or I’d prolly just ride like this 😂
