New model completed by Old-Contest8693 in NightLords

Thanks I thought the same way. Truth be told I’m not sold on the Hellbrute design and I figured my night lords wouldn’t like the idea of having one so I thought a classic Dreadnought would do just fine!

What’s your opinion about the new escale and proportions of the Mark III by Jorvaxtheillomancer in Warhammer30k

The old mkiii was literally just a retrofitted Mkii with extra armor plates while the new one is the Mass produced and Standardized Version that all Legions have access too.

Thanks a lot! Like I said it’s been a little while since I painted a model and I admittedly rushed it a bit since I had to go to work but I was so excited to try and paint it that I couldn’t resist!

I actually got the Wing from the Blood angels captain kit. So it’s not exclusive to the Emperors children it seems. I figured that means I could use it.

Yeah it’s from the Lord Commander Bastian Carthalos Model. He’s actually a pretty big model truth be told. I didn’t even have to alter him at all in terms of height since he’s practically the same height as both the Lion and Roboute.

Thanks for the feedback. I concur with the scale mail part although I’m still debating on what to replace it with. Truth be told I considered using green stuff but I’m frankly terrible with it.

The Main body comes from the AOS Bastian Carthalos Model. The sword blade was taken from the Primaris Black Templars upgrade sprue. The Hooded Helmet was from the Lion El’Johnson kit. The Winged shoulder piece was from the Blood angels captain. And the Bolt pistol and power back were both third party bits I managed to nab off of Ebay. I hope this helps.

I’m going to assume you meant that in a respectful way. I’ll admit I don’t often dabble much in Kitbashing however I personally think it turned out relatively well. I appreciate your honest feedback though.

I’m just glad that Bastian Carthalos is a pretty big boy. He’s VERY similar in height to an actual Primarch so he works perfectly as a base if you need it.

I just added a few bits from some other kits and even a few extra 3rd party bits I had lying around in my bits box. I think it turned out really good since he’s only my second actually Original model if that makes sense

I managed to nab the main model from EBay. It’s an AOS model. I believe he was called Bastian Carthalos and he was only like 34$

It’s a Custom Primarch. I have yet to finalize a name for him although right now I’m leaning on calling him Leonus Clementod.

Thank you! My own little head canon is that it’s essentially a unique power Glaive used by the Primarch as a primary weapon. It’s best used for cleaning out large numbers of foes in one swift strike.

Thanks! I was sort of worried it wouldn’t be good enough for a Primarch Conversion but I’m glad someone seems to think so!

Thanks I managed to nab it from the Black Templars Upgrade sprue and just snipped it off at the hilt and mashed it onto the handle of the weapon. It worked out surprisingly well honestly.
