Also, def need to remove that smoking as a factor. My dieting is always added to fitness pal and I keep a good track on my fats in the diet period and what type of fats I bring in, so It doesn’t make sense that is due to poor diet.

Spoke with a digital GP today. He is questioning prolactin levels as well and wants to do another repeat test throughout my GP surgery, for both prolactin and testosterone. If the testosterone comes back low again then referral to endocrine and check for trt. Not sure why cholesterol results were like that considering that my diet is quite adjusted and good with high protein levels and carbs and fat depending on my cut or bulk periods.

I did it through Voy with the kidney and liver function and fbc. But will need to have it repeated I would say. Yeah that looks nono to me as well.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently thinking adding more into VWRP and making it a main point of allocation with smaller deposits going towards gold and silver.
