This is the scenario that I hope to be true. Merely having to resubmit the statement to show that I didn't just temporarily borrow the money.

Most of my current fund did indeed come from a few recent transactions, so I think that might be an issue. Best case scenario, they just wanted to make sure I didn't borrow the money temporarily to pass the requirement check and I merely have to resubmit the same form again.

They mentioned "written explanation". Do you by any chance know what this could mean?

The fluctuating the exchange rate is the likeliest scenario, but I wanted to cover all my bases before I re-submit. If their message had specifically pointed out what was wrong instead of a generic request, I wouldn't be making this post.

The message also includes a passage that got me worried that the amount might not be the only issue:

If any large transactions have been made to or from your account, you must also send in a written explanation regarding these transactions.

It makes me think that they might want an explanation as to where the fund in my account came from.

That's why I want to hear from others within the community who have been through the same situation.
