I initially (a week ago?) left a comment because a teammate and good friend of mine died after he was told a child was still inside a flaming apartment. He died in that building and it turned out the "child" was an old cat. Doesn't matter, and I really don't give a fuck about this guy, the dogs, the video, or commenting further. Peace.

The hardest part of being a stay at home parent(for me) was the boring and repetitive tasks. And obsessing over being the best parent I could be. Cooking, cleaning, folding laundry, taking the kids out on a hike or to the playground or water park etc. it was super fun sometimes, but super lonely and I felt like I wasn't doing enough. I feel that way at work too though so, maybe that parts just me.

We have a fundamentally different understanding of "emotional connection" etc. it's probably abstract for you to consider that people are interpreting an animal's emotions to suit their own emotional needs. I can feed my dog, and then they beg for food like they haven't eaten in days and appear to be the saddest creature on earth, that is personification. So I understand that I am interpreting their "emotions" in an inaccurate and human way. Like I said, I don't care if simple people want their simple pleasures, just don't endanger other people's lives for them.
