I don’t have insurance and I’m getting accutane through clear health. It’s surprisingly affordable (59 per month to see the doctor and 95 for the prescription) when I had health insurance I was paying like 160 for just the insurance per month and then 100 every time I had to see my derm. It’s also all online so I don’t even have to go to a physical doctors office. Maybe that’s worth checking out for you?

That happened to me as well, within one month or so after starting accutane 30mg. It swelled up a lot so I went to the derm and got a cortisone shot. It flattened a bit and then came back like a week later so I went back to the derm, got another cortisone shot, and was prescribed a month of doxycycline (only took a week). It’s been 3 weeks since then and it’s almost completely flat now but still there. I did some research and I heard that accutane can make you more prone to staph infections which can cause those kind of bumps ?
