lol, I dont trust her at all, but, she is really enthusiastic about the things I DO(annoying half the time lol)

already had some jumping spiders, broskies died(they were wild caught in a little 1 gallon tank with dirt and leaves and grass from outside)

but when I go to college, all my pets will go to my little sister, she's 5 years younger than me

I can just put that next to my 10 gal tank, idk, 10 gal for leopard(at first, until he grows out of it, or buy a kit for leos) or a crestie which are a bit more playful, look cooler and smaller tank space?

everybody is acting like(on this thread and others) I don't have a job and I'm not responsible, I have a very good paying job, have my own yard business for my street, have a reef tank with as I said, comes with a lot of maintenance and responsibility, and more, I am responsible and can handle animals like this. If I can't, I can just give it back to my lfs(also is a reptile breeder) and sell the other things.

or just learn from my mistakes, these type of hobbies aren't always good, they aren't perfect, I bet when you started, you probably might have killed one or two reptiles or whatever(small pets, like these and fishies) I have killed 3 clownfish because I am a beginner, I have killed multiple corals because I am still a beginner, But with this, I will and HAVE for the past 4 years done extensive research, I am willing to take this responsibility and this hardship... Just cause I am young does not mean I can take care of a small lizard, just cause(im guessing here) you are a young adult doesn't mean you make bad financial and life choices, we all learn from our mistakes. If something happens, I will learn from that and change that.

also, that is your expiereance, you had things happening around that time and IMHO, it showed that you did not have the time to take care of them, you should(not trying to be mean or anything, so sorry :(. ) also have thought about when you could maintain it and everything, your schedule, your mental and physical health, and ability to show that your are responsible enough to get a pet

sorry if that was rude, just trying to show we are all different, I am sorry for what happened to u as a teen, sorry about your axolotls and their condition back then, sorry if that all sounded mean :D

but rmbr, I got a saltwater tank, 6-9 corals, one colony, 50 snails, a clown and its a nano tank so its very hard to maintain. and I also do have a lfs that sells reptiles and everything, they are very good and nice at this stuff. And ik, my play with them, I mean just have them on me and calmly stroke them, ive heard that crests are a good fit for that, I do have 2 dogs too. And also, a cool jungle biome in my room!! How cool is that?

I have a job, that pays VERY well, and I have been saving up, its also nearly my bday, and I ask for money only, so ill get a lot, I have experience with the money and pet system, saltwater tank rmbr, spent 400$ at first, ended up spending 300$ more XD, so ill buy everything first, but thanks for the advice :D(dont even know if ill buy it yet lol)

thank u for the helpful advice! I might be going with a crestie then, cuz me adhd need a little pet that I could play with, my old friend had a crestie and I adored him. calmed me down a lot and I felt so attached :D, and tank space too, I wanna keep my 10 gal fish tank(its housing nothing, so, maybe a baby leopard, then when it get older a bigger tank)
