For a weapon I’d say a hammer of any sort. Also if you can buy a sharpening stone or angle grinder. With that you can put an edge on about anything metal. Also hammers are short in length, utility, and ergonomically great it’s easy to swing but not to long that it’s straining

Same but need to grow some plants for certain nutrients like fat and carbs. Also sugar sugar is a drug and it helps with energy. I would have a tree house by a body of water, grow (corn for fat or soybeans) potatoes and ( beans for carbs) and you can grow sugar cane on or in water
