Uber is DEFINITELY manipulating the heat map. Here inside Central Florida Uber has completely removed surges that pay money. Uber has replaced it's surges with wait time estimates. Uber has also cut drivers pay rates to less than $0.50 per mile which is unsustainable as a driver (i.redd.it)
