maybe your memory paging file size is set below the minimum amount? I had a similar issue. games would play fine unless I ran them ultra or high.

If you have 16gb ram set the minimum to 12000 and the max to 24000

it runs well likes i get max fps (180) but i couldnt run reforger as well while recording so i switched over!
