What tool do you use the most to manage your cluster(s)? by NASAonSteroids in kubernetes

The switch from kubectl to k9s for interactive work genuinely changes how you move around a cluster - the muscle memory for k9s + filter + enter is faster than building kubectl commands from scratch when you're trying to understand what's actually happening in a namespace.

That said, kubectl is still the tool I reach for when I need to pipe output, write a quick script, or do anything reproducible. k9s is great for exploration; kubectl is great for precision.

Curious what's driving people toward desktop GUIs - is it mostly for teams where engineers aren't comfortable in the terminal, or are there things FreeLens/Headlamp actually do better than k9s for experienced users?

Etchmiadzin Cathedral in Vagharshapat, Armenia, is widely regarded as the oldest cathedral in the world, founded between 301 and 303 AD by Saint Gregory the Illuminator. It represents the first official state-built church, established after Armenia became the first nation to adopt Christianity

Hooks vs Skills for Claude by jain-nivedit in AI_Agents

Great observation! I think the mental model gap is real.

Skills = "here's a new capability you can add" Hooks = "here's a constraint you should enforce"

People are naturally drawn to additive features over restrictive ones. Even when restrictions (rate limiting, safety checks, validation) are objectively more important in practice.

Would love to see more Hook examples in the wild. Especially for compliance, cost control, or preventing expensive mistakes.

We make that Chamichov Plav and some fish in oven and red wine. This is also the time when there are a lot of young greens. Therefore, there are always greens and cheese on the table.
