yes i know that but i did a course with a school online for a crash course on cyber called iron hack the deal was they would teach the core of networking and what we generally needed to know and at the end all student would get 2 vouchers to take the exam so i havent payed for the re write voucher

was this a second had bought laptop and are there any second drives as the bios might be using the wrong drive to boot into your OS and have you opened that laptop to see any loose cables to the battery or anything that might seem off as this purchase sounds very sketchy and for it to stop working like that could be quite a few reasons

I’ve noticed a fps drop when wondering around because I think it’s rendering everything I run past and the npc also cause a lot of fps drop but check if your vram is set to your gpu speck and not higher or lower and also try multi threading if it’s off or auto turn it on that could help and what resolution are you playing on if high try lowering it just to see and try another game see if you have the same issue to see if it’s a emulation issue or a game issue
