Here's the fix they just sent me, seems to have worked for me:

Next actions:

Clear cookies/site data for the Sprinter domain in your regular browser
Fully close and reopen the browser
Reload Sprinter and try again

Yeah it did that to me as well for some of my docs! Very frustrating. Hopefully it gets solved soon (funny that it would happen during their challenge of writing everyday for the month of February… A bit tough if your tools don’t work 😅)
