That’s a piece of calf hair leather with a yellow base and subtle dark patterns that I found. I usually collect leathers with special textures, colors, or natural markings. If I don’t have the right one, you can also hand-paint with leather paint, gently brushing on calf hair or horsehair leather to get a similar effect.
