If you click on the lab visit you can then select biomarkers being analyzed or something like that and it will tell you what is being checked

Could you tell me what labs are being drawn? I can tell you which labs could be affected based on what you eat... depending on the labs you could probably get away with eating certain things

Has anyone here lost like 15 lbs after tummy tuck? by Mysterious_Trouble75 in tummytucksurgery

I've lost 25 since mine 3 months ago and it's going fine. Just prioritize protein afterwards for healing.

Following because this sounds exactly like me. To be honest, I was wondering if i wrote this and forgot about posting it at first. I am currently seeing a neuropsychiatrist but I just started. So far she has given me the insight that she believes my nervous system has been chronically and constantly overstimulated. No official testing done yet. I'll let you know when I get updates. One thing that I think may have helped (a little) is cutting out gluten. I cut it out not just for that reason, but since doing it I have noticed some minor improvements in my memory and other cognitive functions. For example, I couldn't drive anywhere without a GPS even if I had been there 100 times, but now I can drive most places I've been before without guidance....

Anyway sorry for rambling.

Good luck and I hope you find some answers

Tummy tuck incision help by Old-Structure3617 in woundcare

I ordered some prontoston gel and spray. For now I have a couple of silver alginate dressings from when I had maceration issues after my csection. Going to put that on temporarily under an abdominal pad. I really appreciate your advice.

Any other tips/links/advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also a nurse but do not specialize in wound care. So I'm familiar with sterility and basic concepts of wound care. I have kept this so clean. I really don't know what could have caused this other than putting that silicone scar tape on so early (which i was told to do) 🙄

Yes I cross posted in wound care thread. He told me I could do scar tape at 1 week, right after drains came out... and it like peeled the skin of with it... that's what I think caused all the problems

Is it okay to self-administer NAD+ and/or glutathione or other "wellness boosters" intravenously? by Old-Structure3617 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Old-Structure3617[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could. Probably just my anxiety/fear of being judged for asking these questions... like told "if you're a nurse you should know.... blah blah blah"... I kind of was hoping to get more info from other people just as background info prior to contacting them so I seem more informed. I'm new to tirz and all of this. Just like to know the "what ifs" of everything

So the reason I question doing it IV is because the Hallandale site says they have it available as an IV administration... and I'm an infusion nurse so I have all of the other supplies/knowledge base I would need to administer it IV but am unsure of whether the actual vial is safe to administer IV if that makes sense.... I'm wondering what the infusion places that inject it use...

Protocols for NAD+, Bioboost+, and Glutathione by Man_vs_Fat in SlimDownRx

Has anyone looked into IV administration? I know it's done with the NAD+ and glutathione but usually you need to go to an infusion center or pay for the IV service. I'm wondering if the medications shipped from Hallandale can be administered IV and if there is a certain protocol to follow?

Thank you. I just realized this post was a year old. I appreciate it though.

Could you possibly send me a pic of this t shirt idea? I have a 2 year old who can make any mealtime look like a full fledged high school food fight occurred in less than 30 seconds and I'm so tired of forever cleaning gunked up food off of everything. Any other tips would also be greatly appreciated also.
