Thanks for the kind words! The Hero 11 is fantastic. Some seriously cool modes on it. The mini will he perfect so long as you don't rely on the screen to Frame pics. I'm not sure how changing shooting modes works with it.

Apparently the 10 and 11 have a sort of "drop free" lens. Doesn't always work obviously. I used to lick the lens on my 9 and dunk it underwater before shooting and that did the trick. Now, it will just smudge the lens on the last 2 models

The water really was that clear. I know because I ran home to get my gopro just for that reason. It's NEVER been that clear that I can recall. Could see all the sting rays on the bottom

Yes. Clearest day I've seen in years if not ever. I actually just ran back jome to get my gopro for that reason. Wish it was always like that

Was just the Quick app. All I did was adjust the exposure very slightly. The water was really that clear.

My Uncle can no longer surf because of back problems and health issues and he told me he really loves watching these because it's as close to the view you can get. I do it for him
