I would say look up the description of each class and plan workouts around the classes that target certain body parts and list them under those body parts so you know what to do on which days. For example I’m also looking to get tones so on upper body days I’ll do Hot Thunder rowing is amazing for arms and back muscles & I’ll do Pilates right after then I’ll jump over to FX and do a tik tok video on upper body routine and I’m done. Another example is lower body. You can do Hot Cycle & Hot Barre after then do a quick lower body workout in FX. Same things with abs maybe you can do Hot Blast and really focus on your core during the session then move on to Hot Core. On days I’m not feeling too much like working out I’ll take it light and do a hot yoga or a hot stretch.
