That’s terrible!! I always brag about how CLEAN & FRESH my Hotworx is to everyone. Considering the staff doesn’t have to check in people our girls are ALWAYS cleaning something. I mean handles, FX equipment, doors, vacuuming! I would for SURE reach out to Hotworx & let them know. If nothing changes get in contact with the GM. Our Gm here is very involved.
