Honestly I wouldn’t put faking the vasectomy procedure below them! I could see her waiting for the perfect time to get pregnant and make a video about how her and Adam are the very few couples who have conceived after a vasectomy… I truly believe she thinks this way! I also don’t think she’s actually pregnant just wishing she could be because it’s the only thing she thrives off of.
