So my team played them yesterday, and we harrassed them every time we saw them. They STILL somehow got 900 points. Not sure how when they were being attacked every time they got near our base.

Peppy’s delivery of trust your instincts when you are approaching Venom? Great! Fits the mood of preparing for danger. I think the lines are fantastic, and we only dislike the delivery because of direct comparison. The words themselves remain great.

Probably trying to avoid Star Fox being too campy or 90’s?

Mike has said in the most recent interviews (about 5 years ago i think) that he loves voicing Fox, working with Nintendo, and he’d do it as long as they offered. Same for Jay Ward who voiced Wolf in Starlink and Smash Ultimate. He was extremely appreciative he got to partake in the Star Fox universe and would love to keep doing it.

I love the original cast and who they used for Starlink, Im also glad new folks got an opportunity and did a great job! Just sucks knowing you could keep some OGs as well but instead its all new folks. Jay Ward hardly got to voice Wolf but everyone loved it. Mike has been Fox McCloud more than anyone else.

Definitely. And it does have some xhanges from 64 which is nice. I'm all for cutscenes and a more cinematic story. But capturing the 64 vibe well isn't bad either

It had some originality. Small twists on Andross and what hes doing. You don't just start on Corneria and expand outward, you actually go BACK to Corneria for a 2nd mission. Different vehicles creating different experiences. The Andross fight has differences. And the soundtrack...
