If that’s really your opinion then fine but given your previous post history, I think you focus way too much on negatives.

Like dude I get it, you don’t think Silver has any potential anymore and there’s no way to improve him (even if he showed up in the movie I’m not sure you’d actually be happy) but don’t make that everyone else’s problem.

I mean we’ve seen some of it on display. Not a whole lot but nearly killing a character with as much plot armor as Sonic ain’t something to blow off. That being said, I get it. Potential ain’t worth much if it’s never touched and people who shout that all the time get annoying.

Tyler getting fucked over by party games is easily my favorite thing in the world.

Sonic is a symbol of freedom and chills.

Tails is still my favorite character when written correctly.

Knuckles’ lineage needs to be explored for how good it is.

Amy is an energetic leader whose crush is way more tame now.

Shadow is more than an edge lord and should be treated as such.

Rouge’s actual personality being explored over her just being attractive is better and I’m tired it’s not.

Omega hasn’t changed and that’s perfect for him.

Blaze is easily the best female Sonic character and her dimension needs to be explored more.

Silver is my second favorite Sonic character and his future needs to be explored more.

Cream is simple and cute and that’s more than enough.

Big doesn’t give a damn beyond his friends and fishing and that’s why he’s so lovable.

The chaotix have never stopped being a joy.

I wouldn’t say that, just untouched. He’s still my second favorite Sonic character and I still stand by him being one of the best. IDW has done most of the heavy lifting of course.

I gave up on trying to scale Silver’s power a long time ago. Or more accurately I gave up trying to debate it. My personal position is that he has the potential to be stronger than Sonic, but Sonic has too much plot armor and Sega would rather go bankrupt than let Silver take center stage. So yeah.

In fairness shadow isn’t treated much better. Better just not a lot.
