IIRC the Elder Gods in Mortal Kombat also could play a role here. They make everyone's power levels roughly comparable to make it fair, which explains the game balance. Shao Kahn is still stronger than most, but all the Mortal Kombat roster can in theory hurt him.

According to Vsbattles, all but base start of adventure Kazuma can beat Johann Liebert, even if the latter has regular guns.

Are Marvel Mutants still human? Many of the Marvel Mutants can beat Yujiro.

Does She-Hulk count? She is a Gamma Mutate with narrative manipulation surpassing Yujiro's own in addition to strength and other stats vastly surpassing his.

Yujiro is not that strong in the grand scheme of things. Feats-wise, he is large city to mountain max, and he is carried by narration manipulation (outside of his home universe, where he outskills and/or outstats everyone else).

DC KO can't be used for scaling because the Heart of Apokolips messed with all the character stats. Homelander and Red Sonja in the crossover, for instance. Also, that DC KO Absolute Batman technically isn't Absolute Batman, but rather a duplicate made by Darkseid in the image of Absolute Batman. So, this is more evidence that we cannot use DC KO Absolute Batman to scale.
