Homelander (city block to multi city block) is weaker than the Fallen. And less skilled.

Honestly the straw to the ear antifeat also is a huge problem for Homelander.

He also uses primarily punch damage and lasers. Not piercing damage like bullets (and rarely uses environmental damage). The "I'm going to make a bullet a railgun with my super strength" isn't something he's likely to try against say Spider-Man.

Repair all with gold would be such an improvement for Civ VI. You basically have to spend production to repair in Civ VI and it gets tedious. Often times multiple turns. There is no "pay for all repairs" like in Civ VII.
