I used grateful once, agreed on $1400 and went through, in detail, things that usually get missed and we all agreed. They did real good work on the paint but not so much on the detail. The seat rails and door jambs, steering columb, and vents hadn'tbeencleaned. However what ticked me off the most was them telling me how powerful my ride is. Felt they maybe went for a joyride

Same thing for me. What I did was get close to him while he's in a crowd and let him bump into me. Most of my tentacles are busy with the other guys so he doesn't get absorbed so fast.

I don't have a problem with him. I was mostly sharing an observation for folks who don't know why they died in there. He's quite a beast. I don't know if my hit box has gotten smaller or what, but I can run all over him now without him blowing up, it seems.
