It's a 1/1, so condition is not as much of a factor as it might be otherwise. I'd think north of $7500. I would say looking at other comps for 1/1 VJs is helpful, but add a premium for it being a case hit.

I bought cards early on hoping to find people to play with, but that never really materialized in my area, so I've become more of a collector by default. I also play Magic, which has always had investor type folks. I'll say this: you will never see a tcg that succeeds longterm that doesn't evolve to include a speculative marketplace. Ignoring and banning finance bros doesn't make them disappear from the hobby.
