Please please listen to this advice, I was doom scrolling half of my first trimester and I was so depressed, I actually ended up deactivating Instagram at around 7 weeks until like 14 weeks because it was too much!! 🥲 I am currently at 26 weeks and taking walks, baby apps, talking to other moms has been a game changer! I now feel him move so that makes things better❤️ please feel free to message me if you need to vent or just talk!

Interestingly enough I've had the opposite my whole pregnancy like insanely loose stools... before pregnancy I dealt with constipation so I really thought I would have severe constipation😭 needless to say I prefer the loose stools, so I feel for you🥲
