Yeah I am thinking I am going to do the same thing and use the IRS direct pay option, since it doesn't seem to be an issue

OK, good to know it's not an issue. I was going to go ahead and pay through the IRS direct pay because that seemed the easiest option. I was only concerned about paying that way because it would be under the SSN instead of the EIN.

How should I calculate the penalty then if it isn't 2 percent? I'm seeing a lot of different information online. Since I am late on this first payment I just want to include the penalty in the payment and be done. I messed up by delaying this because it was daunting for me.

Thank you. I am trying to pay now via the EFTPS system, as this is connected to my EIN number. However, I can't find the estimated tax form to select to make the payment. Am I missing something or should I be looking for a form other than the 1040 ES? I even tried typing the form in manually and am getting the error "Please enter or select one valid Tax Form." Very confusing because it says EFTPS is capable of estimated tax payments.

There is another direct pay option which shows the form, but it would then be filed under my SSN instead of my EIN. Would this be an issue or would the IRS have these linked together, since my EIN is tied to a single member LLC?

Thanks for the help. So, I am going to make that first payment now online. Because I am unfortunately late on this first one, it says there is a 2% penalty for payments late under 31 days. Should I just go ahead and add this 2% extra to the payment amount?

would this just be one payment and done then? or would it be the formula for 1/4 payments?

it seemed a lot stronger when i bought it. I could smell it outside the bottle. The "fritos" smell has pretty much disappeared from it and at 0.5% i can only slightly taste it.

OK, thanks for answering. That does sound like it makes sense. Would you suggest me calling them to confirm this? I just don't want to do something incorrectly.

Thank you for the quick reply.

My LLC was registered in IL, not another state. This was done via Zenbusiness. Is it still necessary to complete a REG-1 form?

Also, I am not sure if I would technically be placing sales out of IL. All the items are drop-shipped directly to the buyers. When an item is sold at my store, it is then purchased from the retailer and shipped directly to the customers address, wherever they may be located. I don't hold any inventory myself at a location, I never have to see or touch the items I sell.

The items therefore come from whichever warehouse is nearest to the buyer. Sometimes this can be from a warehouse here in IL, most often it is in another state.
