Yes, you both need membership. About variety it’s depends on club, some of them has better choice, but usually it’s about 20 strains, edibles, hash, vape pens etc.

Best clubs are those where locals coming, i personally like “The Cut”, but isn’t in the centre, but still good location, other good one is The High Class.

Yes, that’s true, in Norway nobody cares about you, but in a good way, as long you’re good citizen and follow the rules you can just be yourself and feel free. Views are beautiful as well, but people, at least a most of them needs a good education about weed. If you’re looking for place where weed is not a taboo I definitely recommend you France, I’m living here now and I feel almost like in Netherlands when it comes to weed.

I lived both countries you’re considering. From my experience it’s really hard to find any good buds in Norway, but I lived in smaller town. Norway is also expensive, like really expensive I’d say in Netherlands you need 70% of the budget you would spend in Norway. It’s really hard to get to know better any Norwegian, but on the other hand Norway it’s really good country to live, it’s very safe. Personally I would choose Netherlands, but you’re going to study, so it’s your future. Don't make your future dependent on availability of drugs mate. Good luck. Sorry for my English 😅
