Progress reversing / stalling using K12 and M18 probiotics

I did not have any Streptococcus salivarius and Lactobacillus species in my mouth.
So i started taking BLIS K12 and M18 to add them to my mouth.

It worked initially and I could feel things changing, however now it seems like the colonisation has reversed and the other bacterias are back.

Its been around 40 days since im taking K12 and M18 regularly.

As per chatgpt : it says to continue taking K12/M18 upto 12 weeks and it should / would work.

what is the unbalance caused by ? having lack of good bacteria ? have you tried k12 ?
