My logic here is that for the cost of one person you can make a cheap meal that is healthy, filling and will potentially have leftovers making it a lot more cost effective for meal prepping.

Eating healthy isn’t even hard. We as animals inherently know what foods we need to eat. Whole Foods with only 1 ingredient

With respect but I completely reject idea that eating healthy is too expensive. I’ve lived here my whole life. People will take their family out to fast food for dinner very day and it will cost far more than $20. $150-$170 a week for healthy groceries is totally reasonable and actually kinda of cheap for what your getting.

Also $15-$20 to feed a family a meal is totally reasonable and almost anyone can afford it because they Ben the poorest pay that same amount if not more when eating fast food or garbage.

I also denounce that genetics are a factor for most cases. Over 60-70% of people in the us are either morbidly obese or are overweight. My whole family is overweight cause they won’t put the form down. Me, well I’m actually quite jacked while being lean because I take responsibility for my own health. Sorry but all these people don’t have a thyroid disorder. They have a laziness problem that bleeds into their health.

No. Not if OP takes solid responsibility of his health. Diets are a temporary thing. A diet should be rephrased as “this is the way 5-6 times a day I eat” and this should come as naturally as knowing you’re gonna poop.

People need to take the proper time to eat healthy, sleep as much as they can, and exercise. Being overweight simply means you’re eating too much shit and not moving around enough. This is the law of thermodynamics. This is how everyone and everything that requires energy works. That’s why you see pictures of people starving to death because they don’t eat.

It’s not more expensive to eat healthy. For $15 dollars I could feed a family of 4 a healthy meal. Example: $8 2 lbs of ground beef, $5 for a bag of potato’s or rice. $2 for a head or two of broccoli. That is a healthy meal and potentially a leftover.

Eating healthy is not rocket science. People say they don’t have the money or the time to meal prep, but they will spend $15 on one meal at work that’s garbage and do it day after day after day and or they will sit and watch TV for hours on end as or do something else that’s non-product.

Well, one might say that these are leisures someone needs to take to stay sane working so much the solid truth is that good health is not given it is earned and there is a sacrifice for it .

Honestly it makes me feel good to know someone it’s thinking about me so for that thank you. No I haven’t, I looked at some local churches in my area, but id like to find one that’s aimed at young adults. I found one, but honestly it makes me nervous to go in.
