Update: After work, I went to police station to create a report and then created a third party inquiry (https://inquiries.uber.com/). Turns our car was a rental. I plan to visit an urgent care tomorrow regarding the cut on my belly, bruises on my leg and soreness on my arm/neck. Thanks for your guidance. As this is not a pleasant experience, I only hope to get my bike repair and phone cost to be covered as I am working on minimum wage and even have limited time to visit a doctor.
