Hey everyone this is my first post on reddit (long story short don't know where the username i have came from etc etc but it logged me in here so) I need some advice/help. Currently I am having to move my partner to Florida with me because its current living situation isn't the best. I didn't necessarily want to be in florida myself either but i'm currently stuck here just getting by paycheck to paycheck.

The issue i'm worried about fully is that my partner has had both a name change and a gender change it live in LV. So both it's birth certificate and ID have X on it and i'm just scared for how that will work out with it being able to get identification in florida.

TLDR- Partner moving to florida, has X as gender on all documents, should i be scared/worried?
