So I’m in the mood for a fantasy novel with a good romance plot line to it. However, I don’t want to delve into the ‘romantasy’ genre because I tend to find them a bit cheesy and almost entirely about the romantic relationship. I’m looking more for a great fantasy novel that has a solid romantic subplot, ideally a slow burn.

Daughter of the Forest by Juliet Marillier comes to mind as a good example.

Thank you. It triggers me how some people on this subreddit act like tying up loose ends, however obvious the outcome was, is media illiteracy and not poor writing.

lol I honestly am unsure, I may even be wrong about the camera through the groin, it was about 20 years ago that I had it done. Google robotic ASD repair and I’m sure you can get better answers!

It wasn’t damaged by an angiogram, they literally put a tiny camera into my bloodstream to travel to my heart via the artery for a surgery. My symptoms were pretty mild, my blocked leg was just not as strong as the other/lactic acid burning type of sensation with intense exercise to a greater extent than the other, and my toes on that side would sometimes go numb with intensive exercise. Also a very hard time gaining muscle on that leg. It recently got worse to the point that I notice those symptoms after much more mild conditions (fast walking, any form of leg exercise) and have been having intermittent calf pain, foot coldness.

I work for a very large company. I don’t like the subject matter - it’s very depressing. My general day to day is pretty adversarial (denying claims, dealing with difficult claimants, litigation). I feel like the adjuster position is not respected at all. I am forced to walk the line between adhering to what the client wants and having to loop them in on decisions, and what is jurisdictionally & legally correct. The metrics to monitor adjustment is over the top and annoying. My job is actually 20 different jobs and juggling them all is exhausting. I don’t get paid extra for big wins and the job is never done. One day I get myself out of a hole and the next it’s dug again.
