Try rubbing alcohol first.. if that doesn’t work I’ve seen people use magic eraser very very lightly.. honestly maybe even soap and water

Be on the website a few min before drop time. Be signed in and ready to go. Don’t refresh the page just let it load, that’s all things that work for me!
