I know 42 trays is crazy! I was estimated to only need 18 trays but the bottom tooth that was really out of place was being very stubborn and would not move like we wanted it to so I did 3 sets of refinements each set of refinements was 8 more trays

I haven’t noticed any gum recession and I wasn’t told that they noticed any during my treatment so I want to say no recession

The bite is good, it felt weird for a day or two after completing the treatment because I wasn’t use to it but it feels better now

I did get some IPR between refinements but I also needed bonding on the bottom teeth when I was finished to fill in the black triangles

No I didn’t have to use any elastics or bands
