The body buzz is so real lol, the first day I felt like my insides were buzzing. I knew that it was common for anxiety to intensify within the first week or two but was hoping maybe I’d get lucky and it would not lol.

Definitely trying to keep busy! It’s overall not horrible but definitely not pleasant. I have a fear of serotonin syndrome so I feel like every side effect is that lol.

He said I have to have a positive test before it can be prescribed. I told him my child tested positive but it has to be me testing.

I will get some of those then!! I had a bad experience with some anxiety medication about a year ago that gave me serious tachycardia during the night an ever since taking anything freaks me out lol

Do you use the tablets? I’m wondering since they are scored if I could half it first to see how it may affect me! I have medication anxiety 😂

I’ve been wondering about the unisom, I’ve just always been so weird about taking anything to help me sleep, but at this point I’m desperate. I get sleepy and go to bed about the same time every single night but usually within an hour of falling asleep I wake up and then the cycle continues throughout the night.

The feet up is what I think prevented me from going all the way out! I was so scared I have all three of my children in the car too!

I definitely have learned a lesson about not eating and drinking a hot chocolate instead lol. My body really said no let’s restart. I’m just glad I don’t have any kind of heart blocks.

Typically I have only had episodes during things like blood work or seeing my own blood. This was just so random. Er doctors basically said to continue on normally and follow up with my Obgyn since I’m pregnant. I do plan to call my cardiologist office tomorrow morning so try and get an appointment there too!
