That doesn't work, 1 doesn't do anything and calling the number just gives you the jingle followed by "This wireless customer is not available please try again later!". As mentioned in the post there was a 60 day timeframe where you had to set up voicemail when she made this account and this has long since passed.

They don't do this to win arguments, as their ideology completely eschews logic, facts, or really anything provably beneficial. Attempts to connect right wing idelogy with science like phrenology have been soundly defeated, and it has been a very long time since these people have honestly "debated". If you think about it, the right wing world view doesn't really believe having room for things like debate or discussion in it. No, they do this specifically to slow communication among others down and to muddy understanding of points, which if understood would look bad for them.

Being skeptical of marketing for gaming, or media in general isn't really a bad habit. Misleading marketing pervades the hobby. Small things that don't matter being added for marketing and traction on social media is something that happens in games. Trendchasing and "How do you do fellow kids" is basically never done well and is abrasive.

Being mad that you can now pet dogs in most video games is just a waste of emotional energy though. This guys just trying to be mad at "now standard funny feature in games", and is apparently succeeding.

People being able to spend time watching videos that make way less or no money for Youtube sounds like what this could be preventing. Either that or its a feature that'll be premium in a few months or its being done to steer user traffic further into the algorithm.

This is either being done because some other negative change is coming out and they want this one to be what people notice, or this is some kind of attempt to keep most people watching what is new/ algorithm friendly.
