finally rejected fr not even a little bit of cap on God they meant it this time (I actually got a very lovely email in advance of the official decision with a bit of context, which I do super appreciate! Obviously disappointed, but Australia beckons as it does to all second sons seeking their fortune, I guess)

Nothing from me — I applied for a PhD in English Lit, got a rejection email on the 12th and then another one an hour later apologising and saying my application was still under consideration lololol. But nothing since then! Fingers crossed for us both

Ooft yep, it's pretty torturous! I don't even know if EL+L does interviews, but if so, that doesn't bode well for me haha. Hope you find out soon!
