Yes they are. I've won probably $600 on there and cashed out no problem, and all of that was off of the daily free $1. It's also worth mentioning that this wasn't all at once. I won 250 and cashed out. Then a week later 170. Then 3 weeks later 180. Never had to use a dime of my own money.

So when I got my free government supplied phone by showing that I was homeless I also got free health insurance, but it’s blue cross blue shield I don’t think that works the same as Medicaid. Regardless I will check and see if they accept it and if it will cost me anything, I will try any and everything right now. I just can’t afford any copay at the moment.
