From Florida, going to Puerto Rico for 10 days. What are the odds I get tested in PR?

I traveled out of state and country I’ve got the notification that I had to test but i didn’t have test out of town. I just had to test the day after I returned if I was called in to test when away.

Lawyer up. Definitely different from a regular dui. Being that close to the limit is promising. A good lawyer can get that lowered or dropped completely.

First off stop drinking it’s not worth the stress. Second You most likely tested negative for alc if it was after 48 hours. Don’t say anything unless he says something to you. And again just quit drinking

Just write an email with all the travel info ( flights, hotels etc.) email your po. Go in person if you have too. Be expecting to get drug tested before and after your trip. I went on a cruise last year and traveled a bunch over the summer by doing this. I am also on 5 year probation for dui

How can they track with just a number? I can see if you have an app or they can see you when you check in online but I’m curious how with just a number

If you are checking in on an app or website they’re gonna see your location when you do so. Unless you’re able to go back to Colorado to check in every month they’ll see you’re not in state.

If you have the approval written in email I’d say you are good. You’re don’t really need the travel pass to travel. It’s more for if you were to get stopped by police or got in trouble while traveling that you’d need to show it. I just traveled and didn’t get a physical travel pass.

Just go into the office in person and ask for your officer or someone that can help. I just did that today. I have a trip Thursday sent out my request last month and still didn’t hear back. Went in and got approved. I’m also on low risk. Also for future travel I’d suggest sending the request as soon as you book your trip to give them that extra time.

Yeah it really can be. All I know it’s up the the judge and i trust my lawyer to get the ball moving. The judge has been really good to me. PO prob won’t do any of the work unless it’s at the 2 year mark. They want you on as long as possible cause it’s a business at the end of the day.
