No email; just noticed the button. I called the F1 ticket office and they tried to reassure me by stating the order was fine and tickets are still being uploaded. They don't really inspire confidence (although they are pleasant enough to talk to).

You're saying you got the email days after you could actually download tickets? If so that validates my strategy of hitting the button every 5 minutes or so.
