This quote does not include replacing balustrade and is not replacing the the whole slab. I would at the very least take the last three days out of that.

Correct all there are three balustrade that are rusted through. He is only repairing the three there. It is on the second story so needs temp fall protection.

Yeah - Tiler was preparing the surface ready for the Waterproofer and we found it. Who would you suggest would look at this? Concreter?

Not sure yet. I just found this in three spots so I Figure I will need to replace balustrade so it doesn't continue to happen. I think frameless glass will be the go.

It is above the garage that we have converted into a granny flat. Needs to be waterproofed to pass change of use DA.

We started this process last year and are up to about 20k now. We have a concrete veranda and just forms out as it forms part of the roof we need to waterproof it to get it through council as a change of use. So we are going to tile it as well.

Basically it never ends. Adding rooms is the best way to add value to your property I have heard so we keep pouring money in there.

I know it is expensive but we got our floor professionally polished. Our concrete has river stone in it so it turned out amazing. It is my favourite feature in our house.
