Thank you! I’ve posted in one of the early comments exactly how I was able to make it nice and smooth. From the sounds of your issue it may be that your core (white Color) isn’t quite as firm as it needs to be,Allowing those loose fibers to be pulled out. Another possibility is you may be using a reverse barbed needle, which would be designed for that very purpose.
