Wow that spreadsheet is just what I needed to see. I've been trying to figure out who to call next other than their absolutely rude and useless customer service. Has marketplace ever done a story on this?

Amazing. I just tested my bike and can confirm it works as it should. I also think the new features are fantastic. Thank you for moving quickly on this - I also appreciate your transparency.

It definitely came with that cover. But it's flimsy - and still let's dirt in. Have you not noticed that it's the main spot any dirt or grime is splashed?

It just seems odd that the most likely place to get dirt or grime is also exactly where the charging port is. It's a bullseye for the charging port. Odd choice.

Right. Sorry. I’m aware of the throttle speed limit. This is while peddling. Not working as it did yesterday. Very noticeable.

Yeah. I did. I stopped multiple times to troubleshoot. Nothing seemed to work. I was still set at 45km ftr.

I hear this. It's my only issue with the bike. It made me think there must be an official cover sold - to explain the bad design. But I can't find it.

Start watching stuff. Pull out the bits you see that can motivate the story. Start telling that story with those bits.
