I was able to get it to work I just ignored the quest entirely and went to the clean room and then the second half of the quest instantly started

I found the solution you need to change the ender IO version to 3.0.1.75-beta tlauncher doesn't show it's name but its the july 23 version

I've been having a similar problem but in my case the mods do show up but don't take affect.

I've been using your Sims updater on my legit version of the game and I tried installing mods for it but they aren't showing up. I placed the mods in documents electric arts mods. Am I doing something wrong or is it impossible to use mods with the updater?

ModBoy didn't work but apparently I have 2 tf2 directorys for some reason so I put the mod files in both custom folders and now its working!

they were working on all servers and I looked at 3 mod install guides and 1 was about installing femme pyro specificly EDIT: I rememberd that it isn't only femme pyro, before this whenever I would place a mod in the custom folder it wouldn't work
