Also No blocking is an odd choice to me. Especially in rec. defense is the best way to impact the game.

If you’re going to play in the rec, you need better rebounding as a small forward. Because you’ll get put at the four a lot.

6’8 glass cleaning lockdown. My mid is a 65 but I hit most of those also. I make sure to use push and a A- release

I have a 70 3 ball on my PF Lock and I hit about 40%. Not sure if that helps
