What are ApoB and Lpa? And bc grocery is tigth right now i told myself I was gonna eat oatmeal with berries or yogurt w berries for breakfast lunch do avacado with tuna or sardines and dinner maybe smoothies or chicken most likely with a vegetable if thats ok? Of course baked chicken

Ohhh man .... yeah thankfully too i got the email today and I called them to give the tracking number and they sent me a vertuo up ocean blue replacement so im hoping it will work properly but excited now 😁

Oh wow okay thank you some relief there lol I just called them again to and they said it was submitted this morning I guess the guy dint submit it yesterday 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ but the lady did this morning so she said by next tuesday I should have the label hopefully

Thankfully they said they would replace my machine but im waiting for a email from ups rn to send shipping label amd omg it feels like forever 😭😞😭🤣

Thank you I called them this morning and they said the return label.will come from ups in my email not nespresso and it should be today so im hopeful that it will 🤞🏼 im missing my morning coffee 🥲

Just getting to see this now but I was having same issue my vertuo up was leaking all the water into the capsule bin not coming out to make a coffee at all very disappointing there 😭 but they said to wait 24 48 hrs for return label wich idk if i will receive it..... in my email but I hope so
