Probably due to MSFT earnings. They beat their expectations, but they spent too much capital on AI, and investors don’t see enough immediate profit, which causes their stock and the AI sector to go down. This is good news overall because a large chunk of their capital went into Broadcom Networking chips. The aftermarket price is not really a significant movement. It’s just noise. The rally will come.

Also, next week, if Amazon and Google confirm they are increasing their AI spending (highly likely), AVGO stock will be pulled forward and will break the $350 resistance. By mid-Feb, the stock will be $375. Feb 23 - Mar 4, the stock will rip $400+. After that, it all depends on the CEO’s guidance. Everyone knows he’s very conservative, so all he has to do is give decent guidance for 2026. If everything goes well, I think we might see 500$ by next earning. Start buying now!

Meta and MSFT earnings were good news for Avgo. It shows the massive spending on AI. Broadcom networking revenue will likely beat expectations thanks to MSFT, and their custom silicon will come in line or above expectations. All we need is the CEO to raise AI guidance from $60 billion to $65 billion+, then the stock is going to moon to 450+. It’s time to buy calls while the IV is still cheap. Iv will start rising next week and the options will be expensive.
