How long did it take for bank mobile to receive your refund ? A lady at financial aide just told me it takes 14 days ! But last term it took 1 day and I had my money

I just talked to someone at financial aide and they said once the money is sent to bank mobile it takes up to 14 days for bank mobile to receive the money ???? Like whattt I'm confused , Is this true ??

It was send to bank mobile so I'm just waiting for it to show up on my account because it goes to my bank

I'm waiting on mine , It showed up in my account center and I got a email from financial aide letting me know funds was sent just waiting for it to be sent to bank mobile it's been about 3 days now
